This series is focused on children ages 3-5 and is a great way to introduce fitness and movement to younger children. Taught by Dr. Sarah Bernhardt, Doctor of Chiropractic, this physical activity program is designed to get kids active and establish an interest in body movement in a fun environment.
This program is a great way for them to learn new motor skills, movement patterns, coordination, balance and to help build physical literacy. Each class will help with building confidence and developing physical competence that they will carry with them as they grow.
- Fun warmup and stretch
- Fitness and movement sessions with new goals every week
- Ends with a fun game learning incorporating teamwork and new skills
Parents are able to drop their children off for the class and pick them up at the end (if preferred).
Receipts are provided under chiropractic care and can be covered by your private health benefits (Some conditions apply).

Dr. Sarah Bernhardt is passionate about living a healthy and balanced lifestyle and helping others reach their health goals. She delivers patient-centred care with a hands-on approach to help restore proper movement, provide pain relief and help prevent future injuries. Dr. Bernhardt treats and manages a variety of conditions with a special interest in women’s health. She supports women during the pre and post-natal periods, performing pelvic adjustments and other techniques to help women feel their best during their pregnancy journey. Dr. Bernhardt provides pediatric care as well, treating newborns and children.
