This 4-week series taught by Dr. Sarah Bernhardt, Doctor of Chiropractic, will help you regain core strength and control in your postpartum journey. This class is a great introduction back to physical activity and will help you reconnect with your body in a safe environment. We will work on the connection between the core and breath work, core activation, glute strength, and pelvic stability. This will give you the foundations you need to re-integrate movement into your routine and get you back to feeling your best as soon as possible.

- People who are at any stage of their postpartum journey
- Rehabilitation of diastasis recti
- People who are unsure of where to start when getting back to exercise
- People with low back and hip pain in their postpartum period
