Join Dr. Sarah Bernhardt, Doctor of Chiropractic for this 4-week Core Strengthening in Pregnancy Series to learn about core activation, strengthening, and pelvic and low back management during pregnancy. Each session will focus on learning specific movements and strengthening exercises to help ease pain in pregnancy and to prepare you for childbirth & postpartum recovery.
