What to Expect

Welcome yourself into a safe and relaxing space, where you will gather with an intimate group of expectant mamas for this 8-week series. Each week you’re introduced to a relevant theme that you can take with you into your birth. Then have an opportunity to contribute to a meaningful discussion, move your ever-changing body and rest. Led by yoga instructor Sarah Griesbach. Featuring: Occasional Maternal Health Guest Speakers and Education Sessions.

No class: April 25th and May 23rd.

Sarah Griesbach

Sarah weaves thought-provoking meditations throughout her classes, applying yoga philosophy to our modern world in a pertinent way. She encourages growth of the spiritual self by nurturing body, mind and soul with simple meditations and a movement based practice. Sarah is best known in the community for teaching her Mother focused programs in Ottawa, holding space for moms online and leading soul mama circles.
