Erica Desloges is a compassionate Registered Nurse and Lactation Consultant, dedicated to guiding parents through the art of infant feeding. With a background in pediatric nursing and a nursing degree from McGill University, she's been an integral part of Monarch Maternal Newborn Health Centre for eight years. Fluent in both English and French, Erica's warmth and expertise shine as she helps parents and infants thrive. Inspired by her own breastfeeding challenges, she became a lactation consultant to provide the same compassionate support she once received. Erica, a wife and mother of three boys, believes in balanced living and empowers parents with evidence-based insights for their newborn journey.
