Lyz Radcliffe

Lyz Radcliffe is a compassionate postpartum doula based in West Ottawa, dedicated to providing respectful, non-judgmental support to families during the transformative postpartum period. Her journey into doula work was inspired by her personal experience as a mother of two. After facing postpartum depression, anxiety, and sleep deprivation following the birth of her first child, Lyz recognized the critical need for support during early motherhood. This realization led her to pursue training through DONA International, marking the beginning of her commitment to assisting new parents.
Through her practice, Lyz offers a range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of each family. Lyz emphasizes evidence-based education, empowering parents to make informed decisions without imposing her own judgments.
