Breastfeeding/Infant Feeding Support

Stephanie has been a Registered Nurse for the past 25 years. She has extensive experience supporting families in pregnancy and the postpartum period with such skills as prenatal education, mental health, teacher health curriculum training, and facilitating the Early Years Health Program. She has also been an “Off to a Healthy Start” and “Growing Healthy Parenting” program facilitator. In 2019, she became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and has been providing infant feeding support for the Healthy Growth and Development program families. She is an intuitive and empathetic listener and is ready to support you and your family no matter where your infant feeding journey takes you. Stephanie was born and raised in Ottawa and is a mother to 3 boys. She loves dogs and her daily yoga practice.
