What to Expect

Discover the power of mindfulness meditation in our welcoming class! Through guided instruction and exercises, you'll discover how meditation can help reduce tension, build resilience, teach self-regulation and foster a deep sense of joy, calm and clarity amidst life's challenges. Did you know that meditation is also known to influence the brain's structure, particularly the memory and emotion-regulating areas?

This class is for you if you experience any of the following:

  • Stress or overwhelm
  • Excessive worrying
  • Negative thought patterns
  • Sleeping difficulties
  • Anxiety or nervousness
  • Trouble paying attention or focusing
  • Chronic illness symptoms such as fatigue, pain or sensitivities
  • Wanting to experience more joy or inner peace in your life
  • Wishing to enhance your relationship with your baby, child, or others
  • Looking to experience more community in your life

Whether you're a beginner or a more seasoned practitioner, this class offers something for everyone. Come as you are, and join us for a journey of self-discovery and inner peace. No prior experience required, just an open heart and a willingness to explore and learn about yourself and your own mind.
