Join our Stroller Fitness class at Walter Baker Park! Cardio, strength, and stretching using strollers as props. Suitable for parents starting at 6 weeks postpartum. Bring workout gear, water, snack, mat/towel, optional resistance band/weights, and a smile! Class runs rain or shine.
