Each class explores a new theme related to motherhood, such as body awareness, inner strength, and self-compassion, with a focus on activating the vagus nerve to calm both you and your baby. Your baby will join you on your mat for gentle movement and sensory stimulation. Attend to your baby as needed in a safe environment. All levels are welcome.
