Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week
Compensation: $53,000–$60,000 annually (pro-rated), commensurate with experience and scope

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Clinic Manager who is ready to step into meaningful leadership and grow with us. This is an operational leadership role with real ownership and real development. You will work closely with the Owner(s), gradually taking on increasing responsibility for clinic operations, team coordination, financial awareness, and systems improvement.
This role is ideal for someone who has some leadership or operations experience and is ready for the next step toward Director-level responsibility over time.
What You’ll Do
Lead Daily Operations
- Oversee scheduling, staffing coordination, and clinic flow (including room optimization)
- Ensure a welcoming, consistent client experience
- Serve as a key point of contact for clinicians
- Support resolution of operational issues with increasing independence
- Provide Reception coverage for holiday and sick days when required
Support & Lead the Team
- Provide day-to-day leadership and support to staff and clinicians, evenings and weekends may be required from time to time
- Clarify admin team roles and expectations while supporting consistent follow-through
- Promote a collaborative, team-based culture
- Support onboarding and retention
- Participate in clinician recruitment in partnership with the Owner(s)
Strengthen Systems & Efficiency
- Establish and document clear, simple operating procedures
- Improve scheduling efficiency and reduce gaps and cancellations
- Participate in weekly operational review meetings
- Support equipment oversight and maintenance
Financial & Operational Insight
- Track and review key financial and operational metrics
- Monitor revenue, clinician utilization, and capacity trends
- Support simple monthly reporting to inform decision-making
- Identify opportunities for sustainable growth across clinical services and classes
- Contribute to forecasting and service planning as the clinic expands
You are not expected to be a financial expert. You are expected to be curious about the numbers and use them to make thoughtful operational decisions.
What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)
- Daily operations feel organized and predictable
- Clinicians feel supported and clear on expectations
- Scheduling efficiency improves
- Core processes are documented and followed
- Financial and utilization trends are regularly tracked and understood
- You are operating with increasing independence and confidence
Who You Are
- Early to mid-career (approximately 3–6+ years experience in operations, healthcare, or service environments)
- Have had some leadership exposure and are ready for more
- Organized, steady, and comfortable taking initiative
- Interested in understanding both people and numbers
- Motivated by growth and increasing responsibility over time
- Experience using JaneApp or similar booking software, along with Google Workspace; comfortable navigating systems and learning new technology.
You do not need to have already run a large clinic independently. We value potential, judgment, and leadership capacity.
